Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Manufacturing Supervisor

, working directly on the production floor to learn the ins and outs of our manufacturing process, equipment, workflow, quality standards, and daily operations.

As the right candidate gains experience and a strong understanding of the process, the position will transition into more of a

, overseeing daily production activities, helping manage the team, coordinating workflow, supporting production planning, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who wants to grow into a leadership role while first learning the process from the ground up.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and mentor a team

- Proficiency in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to effectively manage workflow and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of Quality Control processes and ability to ensure high manufacturing standards

- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and management

- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment

- Experience in metal manufacturing or related industries is a plus
