This includes oversight and management of the Talent Acquisition team, internal and external recruitment tools and strategies, processes, support services, Talent Acquisition programs and centralized onboarding.

Social Media Strategies: Collaborate with Public Affairs and the broader Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance EPCOR's employer brand.
Project Leadership: Lead project teams to develop and implement Talent Acquisition initiatives, focusing on sourcing talent in remote locations, hard to find skillsets, challenging labour markets, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts. Ensure optimal internal communications and appropriate change management for all initiatives.
Quality Assurance: Review and ensure high-quality work from Talent Acquisition Advisors and Consultants. This includes reviewing offer details (i.e. compensation, selection rationale) before they are extended to candidates.
Performance Metrics and Data Analysis: Establish, monitor, measure, and report performance metrics, analyzing and addressing issues impacting performance. Monitor key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity. Extract and assess recruitment data to monitor workloads, identify trends, report to HR leadership, and modify processes and procedures.
Manage Full Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to extending job offers.
Collaborate and Build Relationships: Work closely with Business Unit leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop broader sourcing strategies. Maintain relationships with new and existing contacts to understand future labor market and recruitment trends.
