Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. Factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- This may include visits to the locations, involvement in the classes, mock interviews, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:* Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Manager, Recruiter or similar role
Qualifications / Job Requirements:* Degree in HR Management or related field Recruiting experience
