The Manager of Talent Acquisition is a brand ambassador and strategic partner to our business leaders and is responsible for designing and executing a talent acquisition strategy enabling the company to attract, assess, hire and retain the right people to execute our strategic priorities. The Manager, TA will bring our culture to life in our recruiting tools and processes including candidate and business partner experience. Will develop and manage outside sourcing relationships to include professional and community organizations. Plans effective acquisition strategies based on workforce planning efforts, including the availability of the right recruiting tools and processes and the ability to use data to determine innovations needed for continuous improvement.
+ Develops and operationalizes recruiting strategies that emphasize speed, quality, diversity, innovation, process efficiency and candidate and leader experience. + Identifies and monitors recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness in hiring cycle time, competitive hiring measures candidate experience, and new hire quality and engagement. + Continues to innovate strategy by leveraging available tools to include social media, company website, job boards and team member ownership and engagement in process. + Facilitates effective talent acquisition discussions with leaders and helps forecast talent needs in line with workforce planning and business strategy. + Researches and cultivates new and innovative recruiting sources to develop a pipeline of talent.
+ Selects, leads and develops talented full cycle recruiters– while improving capability and delivering results. + Shares best practices and successes to maximize sources of candidates and capitalize on competitive opportunities. + Ensures that the team is knowledgeable and aligned with the company vision, culture and values and are good brand ambassadors. + Conducts regular reviews with department leaders to report on staffing, metrics, in order to ensure client satisfaction. + Collaborates with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to successfully deploy HR recruiting and staffing practices in a way that is seamless to our partners.
+ Builds a data-driven recruiting organization, including analytics that provide insight and decision support. + Identifies inefficiencies in processes and encourages innovative thinking and decision making. + Stays abreast of trends through networking and benchmarking and incorporates the information into the recruiting / sourcing processes. + Monitors and ensure compliance to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws governing the selection process including application forms, pre-employment forms, post-employment forms, and recruiting materials. + Directs and administers recruitment vendor relationships with service providers challenges them to provide innovation.
+ Manages recruitment cost center budget, maximizing the return on investment of recruitment expenditures. + Leverage relationship recruitment opportunities and other sources of external candidates to reduce/eliminate need for external recruitment expenses. + Monitors offers to ensure within budget and hiring range. + Create meaningful metrics to measure improvements in the experience, success, and impact on the organization. + Manages vendor contracts, budget forecasting and timely invoice processing. + Other duties as assigned

$110,200.00 - $165,300.00 The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.*
