Supervisory Responsibilities:

•

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

•

Oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.

•

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•

Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate assessment.

•

Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

•

Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

•

Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners.

•

Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build a talent pipeline.

•

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

•

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

•

Comfortable negotiating job offers

•

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.

•

Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.

•

Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process.

Education and Experience Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

•

3-5 years of recruiting experience, managing the entire lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, talent process) as well as data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting.
