Recruiting Coordinator (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the Solar Turbines Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruiting Coordinator).
This role will support our Talent Acquisition Partners and this team provides recruiting support for production and salaried management/support roles across the United States. This position ensures all responsibilities within the recruiting and pre-employment processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.What You Will Do:* Provide administrative assistance to the U.S. recruiting team including but not limited to activities that will range from pre-employment processes to managing documentation for prospective candidates, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings and generating required letters, etc.
What You Will Have:

Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified employees, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
Advance skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
