Manager, Human Resources OR Director of Human Resources
JOB OBJECTIVE: This role will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily HR operations, while providing leadership and support to the HR team. This role ensures consistent and compliant delivery of core HR services, including benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management. This role plays a hands-on role in implementing policies and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

ANNUAL SALARY: $130,421 or higher depending upon experience and credentials
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have Bachelor’s degree in related field. Must have HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
For placement at the Director of Human Resources position
ANNUAL SALARY: $142,869 or higher depending upon experience and credentials
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have Bachelor’s degree in related field. Must have HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
