Operations Supervisor

Join a team that’s dedicated to protecting public health and the environment through reliable water and wastewater services. As an Operations Supervisor with Inframark, you will lead a team of skilled operators responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of multiple water and wastewater treatment facilities. Your leadership will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, optimize system performance, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

- Supervise and support plant operators across multiple facilities.

- Oversee daily operations, sampling, maintenance activities, and process control.

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

- Coordinate staffing, training, and development of team members.

- Respond to operational emergencies and troubleshoot system issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 7 - 10 years of experience in water and/or wastewater treatment operations.

- Active water and/or wastewater operator license in Mississippi

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and work order systems
