- Support site selection and due diligence by evaluating topography, geotechnical constraints, flood risks, and constructability.

Civil Engineering Studies & Technical Reviews

- Commission, manage, and review all required civil engineering studies, including:

- Geotechnical investigations (soil borings, pile design parameters, bearing capacity, settlement analysis).

- Hydrology and hydraulic studies (watershed analysis, floodplain mapping, storm event modeling).

- Stormwater management design (detention/retention systems, drainage infrastructure, SWPPP compliance).

- Earthwork analysis (cut/fill balance, grading optimization, erosion control).

- Corrosion studies (soil corrosivity, grounding compatibility, material selection).

- Seismic assessments (site class determination, structural design inputs).

- Slope stability and erosion control evaluations.

- Access roads and transportation studies (constructability and logistics).

- Foundation design, pile testing, and environmental (wind, snow, etc.) loads on all components, including PV module arrays.

- Ensure all studies are coordinated and aligned with project design criteria, permitting requirements, financer and independent engineer expectations, and industry standards.
