Manager Civil Engineer

As a Civil Engineer Manager, you will play a pivotal role leading a small team and also performing the design and development of projects. Your expertise in various areas within civil engineering (i.e. infrastructure, mining, DOTs, structural, etc.) will be instrumental in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.

Requirements for the role:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of related experience

- PE license required

- Leadership experience of 2+ years

- Experience with two or more of the following: Bentley ORD, AutoDesk, Civil 3D, GeoPak, InRoads, or OpenRoads (ORD), hydraulics analysis

- Microsoft Office productivity software.

- Must be able to comply with all client and industry safety requirements.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.

Preferred requirements:

- Mining experience (not required)
