- Working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics is required with a minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing setting, preferably working around metal sheet processing equipment. Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers is desired. Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles a plus.

- Demonstrated high level of enthusiasm, perseverance and success building cross-functional teams. “Can do” attitude to get machinery fixed in timely manner to minimize machine downtimes.
- Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by leadership
- Review and comply with all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Always wear required PPE and use proper lockout/tagout procedures when servicing equipment.
- Initiate, implement, and manage plant maintenance and tool & die programs aligned with industry best practices, focusing on machine uptime to maximize operational efficiency proactive measures. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: support the development of schedules and systems to anticipate failures and extend equipment life.
- Timely recommend the ordering of parts and tools. Support maintaining and improving maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime and cost.
- Maintain and optimize punching and stamping dies by performing the following tasks:
- Die Spotting and Fitting: Ensure precise alignment and proper fit for accurate stamping operations.
- Formability Enhancements: Implement modifications to improve material flow and reduce defects.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean, sharpen, and inspect dies to maintain integrity and extend tool life.
- Machining Operations: Set up and proficiently operate lathe, milling machine, and grinder to perform repairs, adjustments, and improvements with high precision.
- Full-time, first shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, OT scheduled per production needs.
- Full-time, second shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM, OT scheduled per production needs.
NOTE: Training on first shift for up to four weeks (05:00 am-03:30pm or 06:00 am – 04:30 pm).
