The Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing mechanical repairs, coordinating facility maintenance, and ensuring safe, clean, and reliable operations across company sites. This is a hands-on role that supports both internal teams and external clients through repair work, site inspections, and general upkeep.
· Perform repairs and setups on cardlock tanks and dispensers
· Troubleshoot mechanical issues for internal and external customers
· Collect photos and information for maintenance records
· Provide vacation relief for site staff and assist with minor deliveries
· Coordinate and schedule sub-trades for specialized work
· Conduct routine inspections and complete required checklists
· Travel to company sites within a 2–3 hour radius of Lloydminster, in both SK and AB
· Change fluids at sites and maintain fueling equipment
· Perform cleaning, garbage pickup, and snow removal
· Track and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
Hand tools, fueling equipment, computer, phone, GPS/monitoring systems, company vehicle (for site travel)
Physical Requirements This role is physically active, requiring standing, lifting, bending, and outdoor work in varying conditions. Travel to field sites is required.
Working Environment The position works both outdoors at fueling sites and indoors at company facilities. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for travel and site needs. PPE will be provided by the company.
Communication Customer Communication: Provide clear updates to internal staff, vendors, and long-term clients on site maintenance and repairs Internal Communication: Report site conditions, equipment issues, and safety concerns promptly to the Operations Manager Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and inventory
· Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience (fuel equipment experience an asset)
· 10 year’s experience in the energy sector or related field
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel within SK and AB
· Strong communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams
