We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Maintenance Coordinator – Support Services.
The Maintenance Support Services Coordinator reports to the Maintenance Supervisor – Support Services and leads the efficient and effective coordination of support services maintenance work at Venture Global Calcasieu Pass Liquefied Natural Gas (CPLNG) facility. The Maintenance Support Services Coordinator is responsible to assist the Maintenance Supervisor – Support Services with the effective supervision, coordination and performance monitoring of the maintenance support services contractors. This position works with other Supervisors, Managers and Directors within the Operations & Maintenance departments.
- Responsible for the coordination, performance monitoring, and alignment of the maintenance support services contractors.
- Functions as support services maintenance focal representative who balances contractor work demand to achieve optimum resources availability with minimum adverse impact to the maintenance scheduled work.
- Ensures contractor work is plan and scheduled according to VGIMS (Venture Global Integrity Management System), CPLNG Maintenance Manual and Work Management process and procedures.
- Contribute to and / or lead CPLNG Ready for Operations (RFO) maintenance projects to develop required support services maintenance systems, process and procedures before commercial operations.
- Participates in and /or lead development of required support services contracts before commercial operations, such as Scaffold, Insulation/Painting, HVAC, Rigging, Grounds Maintenance, Pressure relief valves testing contracts.
- Perform periodic audits to ensures contractors effectively adhere to VG's PTW policies, safety procedures, business controls, and adhere to approved contract agreements.
- Participates and supports strategic and tactical planning meetings, such as daily Operations-Maintenance meetings, weekly planning/schedule review meetings, backlog review meetings, among others.
- Ensures contractors provide evidence of competency/skills assessments, as well proven work experience.
- Monitor contractor's performance and work execution, completion and demobilization
- Manage contractor work quality/non-compliances along with maintenance and contracts
- Assists with the pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and initial operation of the CPLNG This will include being a vital member of the integrated commissioning
- Education and Certifications
- Minimum a high school diploma or Technical degree, or a nationally recognized standard (such as NCCER) is preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of maintenance work experience in Oil and Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.
- Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance contractor work management processes, procedures and best practices.
- Experience in maintenance work planning and
- SAP experience is preferred, familiar with PM, MM
- Turnaround planning experience is a
- Supervision of small to medium scale
- Commissioning, startup, and maintenance of Oil & Gas or petrochemical
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and with individuals and groups from different disciplines to ensure smooth work flow process.
- Organized, strong planning skills, able to manage multiple activities in timely fashion and with a high degree of accuracy, able to meet work deadlines.
