We are currently seeking a
Logistics Plannerto join our
HVDC team at the Montreal Campus. HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) technology enables the efficient transmission of electricity over long distances, including submarine cable systems, and plays a critical role in connecting power systems worldwide.
In this role, you will support large‑scale, complex infrastructure projects that have a tangible impact on communities and energy systems around the globe. Working closely with the HVDC Logistics Specialist, you will contribute to logistics strategy, route planning, feasibility studies, and risk management for projects involving heavy lift and heavy transport—often exceeding
250 metric tons.

- Plan, book, and monitor transport from packed material to customer delivery
- Prepare and review shipping and supplier documentation
- Ensure shipping, packing, and marking comply with project and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, forwarders, and customers
- Represent the logistics function within assigned project teams
- Take ownership of shipments within your project scope
- Support adherence to project timelines and transportation budgets
- Ensure compliance with local and global shipping regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- More than two years of experience in supply chain or logistics
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
