We are seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Manager to oversee our shipping and warehouse operations. This individual will directly manage our Warehouse Supervisor and Shipping Supervisor, ensuring the seamless flow of goods both domestically and internationally. You will play a key leadership role in scaling our logistics infrastructure, working closely with our team in China and across the U.S.
- Lead and manage shipping and warehouse operations across multiple locations
- Oversee inbound shipments from Asia and outbound shipments to U.S. partners
- Coordinate daily logistics functions with both domestic and international teams
- Supervise and support Warehouse and Shipping Supervisors
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for greater efficiency as we scale
- Provide solutions to logistics challenges and improve operational workflows
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with internal and external teams
- Collaborate with the China team across time zones (flexibility required for late or early meetings)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) — required
- 7+ years of logistics and team management experience, including oversight of multiple warehouse locations- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- ERP system expertise — experience implementing or migrating to a new ERP system is a must
- Highly proficient with computers, including email, messaging platforms, and inventory software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with China-based teams
