Summary

We’re looking for a China-based

to support the operational and logistical execution of hydrogen equipment shipping. In this role, you will act as our local point of contact in China — coordinating with port authorities, crane operators, and freight partners to ensure timely and efficient equipment movement.

Success in this position

means ensuring smooth coordination across all logistics steps, clear communication with stakeholders in both Mandarin and English, and proactive problem-solving to minimize delays. This role is essential to the deployment of our clean-tech systems and supports our broader mission to decarbonize maritime transport.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate shipment logistics for hydrogen systems, including port operations, trucking, and crane services

- Interface with port authorities, crane operators, and logistics partners to confirm scheduling, compliance, and delivery timelines

- Translate documents and conversations between Mandarin and English as needed for operations

- Track, report, and proactively resolve delays, customs issues, or documentation gaps

- Maintain consistent communication with the internal team and external stakeholders across time zones

- Support on-the-ground needs such as photo documentation, delivery confirmation, and basic QA

Qualifications

- Based in China with full professional fluency in

Mandarin and English

- Prior experience in

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision

- Clear and confident communicator, especially across language and cultural barriers

- Bonus: Experience with hydrogen systems, international clean-tech startups, or regulatory export documentation
