Licensed Lead Esthetician

Gaia Spa is seeking a licensed esthetician to lead our team. We are located in Weston, FL. The ideal candidate is passionate has 3+ years in being an esthetics lead, constantly striving to provide the best facial they can, and loves educating customers about the benefits of facials.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of spa experience - 3+ years of being an esthetician lead

- Analyzing skin care related revenue

- Upselling skin care related services and products

Compensation

Estheticians earn up to 30% commission on each service performed (a minimum of $129.00 per hourly service), 30% of add-ons sold, 10% of retail products sold, and all gratuity earned. In addition to the amount earned on each service, the lead esthetician is guaranteed pay for each day worked for the first 60 days.

Commission Structure

- Technicians will earn 30% of each service and add-on performed.

- Technicians will earn $5 in commission on each client that requests them specifically.

- Technicians will earn 10% of each skin care retail product they sell to the guest.
