Learning & Development Assistant

Our organization is currently seeking a new team member to join our Human Assets Department in Learning and Development. The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor and appearance. They should also have the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. This position primarily involves tasks such as maintaining files, reviewing process instructions, implementing training modules through email and/or tablets, and developing interdepartmental relationships. The selected candidate will also be responsible for providing support to other departments as required.

To be considered for this position, you should have experience in administrative support as well as computer literacy. Knowledge of company operations, workflows, and process integration is preferred. Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms, such as Forms, SharePoint, is required, and other LMS platforms are preferred. English grammar proficiency and Spanish grammar proficiency are required. You should be an expert in task management, have experience making tough decisions, and be extremely organized.

Compensation:

$23 - $26 hourly
