Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Training and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on identifying training needs, designing impactful programs, and supporting employee growth to enhance organizational success.
Responsibilities:
•Assess training needs by collaborating with managers and employees.
•Develop and deliver engaging training programs and materials, such as presentations, manuals, and videos.
•Facilitate effective in-person and virtual training sessions.
•Coordinate logistics for training, including scheduling and communication.
•Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, incorporating feedback for improvement.
•Stay current with industry trends to enhance training quality.
•Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
•Support recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
•2+ years of HR experience, specifically in training and development.
•Manufacturing experience preferred, union experience a plus.
•Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in LMS and e-learning software is a bonus.
