Technical Requirements
•Design, deliver, and manager training programs to enhance employee performance, safety, and organizational success, focusing on knowledge transfer and skill development.
•Assist in the planning and coordination of training events, workshops, and learning opportunities.
•Create and maintain learning materials, including training outlines, scripts, manuals, job aids, and course materials.
•Utilize various facilitation techniques to encourage active participation and collaboration during training sessions.
•Strong project management skills to oversee training and mentorship program development, implementation, and evaluation.
•Utilizes data analytics tools to measure training effectiveness, analyze trends, and make evidence-based decisions to improve training strategies.
•Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand learning needs and ensure programs are aligned with business goals.
Experience and Education
•Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, learning and development, education or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience in safety training, learning and development, or related field.
•Experience developing and delivering safety training programs in a construction or industrial setting.
•Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
•Familiarity with industry-specific safety regulations and compliance requirements.
•Experience with learning management systems or other training tracking software preferred.
