We are seeking a licensed Texas Water Well Driller with a CDL to step into a lead driller role and run jobs independently with a solid support crew.This is not a job hopper position. We are looking for a professional who wants stability, respect, and a long-term home. Responsibilities

As Lead Water Well Driller, you will:

- Operate and oversee water well drilling operations

- Lead and manage a drilling crew

- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met

- Represent the company professionally on job sites

- Work directly with management to complete jobs efficiently and correctly

Requirements (Must Have)

- Active Texas Water Well Driller License (TDLR)

- Valid CDL (Class A or B)

- Proven experience operating water well drilling rigs

- Strong understanding of drilling methods, formations, and well construction

- Ability to lead a crew and maintain jobsite safety

- Dependable, professional, and drug-free

Qualifications

- 5+ years of water well drilling experience

- Experience drilling municipal, irrigation, or high-capacity wells

- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

- Clean driving record

- Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
