Service Technician - CDL Required

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in propane systems, appliance repair, and mechanical systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various propane appliances, setting tanks, and loading equipment. The Service Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot propane systems.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of appliances and mechanical equipment.

- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.

- Conduct property maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.

- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their service needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to propane services and appliances.

Experience

- Proven experience in propane systems.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various types of equipment.

- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.

- Experience reading schematics and understanding mechanical systems is essential.

- A background in property maintenance will be beneficial for this role.

- Must possess a valid driver's license.

- Must be able to lift between 50-70lbs.

- CDL is Highly Recommended
