We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Sales Representative for a full-time, remote position. The primary focus of this role is high-volume cold calling and phone prospecting to identify potential clients and schedule appointments. You will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities and collaborating closely with our team to drive growth.
The ideal candidate is highly results-driven, comfortable handling objections, and demonstrates strong resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and using CRM tools.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills to engage prospects and overcome gatekeepers effectively.
- A genuine interest in Renewable Energy and the Solar industry.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- A self-motivated team player with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service, or outbound sales is preferred.- Base Salary + Appointment Commissions + Sales Commissions.
