Laser Programmer

We are seeking a Laser Programmer to join our Fabrication team. A successful candidate will have previous laser operation experience. The right person will be both Efficient and Precise, while meeting customer specifications and expectations by nesting for the operating laser cutting equipment to fabricate parts in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner.

Skills/Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in laser cutting operations

- Experience with Boost Programming and/or operating a Trumpf Laser preferred

Job duties:

- Operate laser cutting machinery to cut materials according to job specifications

- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting requirements

- Inspect materials before cutting to ensure correct type and dimensions

- Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment for optimal performance

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

- Program Laser using Boost

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
