We are currently hiring an experienced Laser Table Operator to join our Processing Division in Calgary. In this role, you’ll operate advanced cutting equipment to produce high-precision steel parts that support projects across Canada.

Available Shifts:

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

- Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment

- Load, unload, and align steel plate for accurate cutting

- Review drawings, cut lists, and nesting programs

- Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring tools

- Handle material using overhead cranes and forklifts

- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance needs

- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area

- Work collaboratively with the Processing team to meet production goals

What You Bring:

- Experience operating CNC laser or plasma cutting tables

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and cut files

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
