About This Job

Overview

Must have a complete understanding of State and Federal Prevailing Wage (PW) laws, Section 3, HUD, OCIP, DAS 140, and DAS 142 processing and reporting. Also knowledgeable with Sales and Use Tax.

Duties

•

Ensure all forms are uploaded to the correct website

•

Set up folders with the proper paperwork

•

Proficient at Excel spreadsheets and ensure familiarity with formulas

•

Track, report, and process payments for all Union dues, Apprentice Training (CAC) and Benefit funds payments in a timely manner

Experience

•

Must be highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to work well under pressure

•

Must be able to multitask effectivel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
