Job Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Labor Law, Human Resources, Labor Relations Management, or related fields.
•Over 10 years of international labor relations experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in multinational corporations, especially those with experience in Serbia, South America, Africa, etc.
•Priority given to candidates with experience in handling international labor-management relations and trade union management.
•Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Job Responsibilities:
•Collect, organize, and research labor union laws, regulations, and policy trends in various countries to ensure a comprehensive understanding of global labor union-related laws.
•Provide targeted compliance guidance based on differences in national and regional regulations.
•Maintain close communication with affiliated companies to understand the current status and potential issues of labor union operations.
•Regularly provide affiliated companies with recommendations on labor union management and legal compliance to enhance overall management standards.
•Guide and supervise affiliated companies in establishing and improving labor union management systems to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
•Develop company-level labor union management standards and compliance frameworks as reference for all affiliated companies.
•Assist and guide affiliated companies in resolving labor union disputes and labor-management conflicts in accordance with local laws, ensuring fair and legal resolution.
•Provide support and professional solutions for handling labor union-related emergencies to minimize legal and operational risks.
•Organize training sessions on labor union management to help managers of affiliated companies acquire local labor union legal knowledge and practical skills.
•Raise awareness of the importance of labor union management and promote the value of compliant labor union practices.
•Establish effective communication channels between the company and labor unions to foster mutually beneficial cooperation.
•Represent the company in external communications and coordination to protect the company’s legal rights and maintain a positive image in labor union affairs.
•Manage labor relations for employees at the headquarters, including handling employee complaints and disciplinary actions.
•Conduct onboarding training for new employees at the headquarters.
