Entry-Level Laborer

Summary

This entry-level laborer performs physical labor tasks to install helical piers safely and accurately as a deep foundation solution. Skills that impress us include being reliable and punctual, demonstrating great character, including integrity, and being a self-motivated team player. Hey, and if you have some construction experience, the Helical Pier Division would love that, too! We hire for the right attitude. Work Environment/Physical Demand

This position works in a typical construction site environment and will endure varying weather conditions. This position requires long periods of standing and should be able to lift 80 pounds.

Position type and expected hours of work.

This is a full-time field position. Typical hours will range from 45 to 50 per week and are subject to change. This role requires working nontypical days and irregular hours based on construction schedules.

About Our Foundations Repair Division

Our West Michigan Foundation Repair team provides deep foundation and stabilization services on residential and commercial projects. With this team, youll gain experience in all commercial applications, including new construction, repair, renovation, tiebacks, boardwalks, walkways, and shoring and underpinning.
