Kiosk Event Coordinator/Manager $2,500-$5,000/week+

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Kiosk Event Coordinator/Manager to lead dynamic on-site promotional activities and manage engaging kiosks at various events in the Rockford and surrounding areas.

This is a key role in our organization. You will be working closely with our CEO orchestrating event marketing initiatives and driving customer engagement. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure seamless event execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your event planning expertise, hone customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Identify productive kiosk venue locations based on demographics and amount of foot-traffic.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute kiosk events at multiple venues, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.

- Recruit, hire, train and manage event staffers.

- Engage with event attendees confidently, providing product information and delivering exceptional customer service

- Implement marketing strategies to attract foot traffic and promote brand awareness at each event location.

- Secure optimal arrangements for each event.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to each event’s audience.

- Maintain detailed records of event activities, customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed for event schedules

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services roles will be considered a strong asset
