As part of our Customer Service Team, our team of Key Account Managers work with our largest commercial, government
and industrial customer to address their customer service and electricity needs, and to deliver BC Hydro energy
management programs. Key Account Managers also bring our customer knowledge to other BC Hydro Lines of Business
(LOB) to help them make customer-centric decisions.
Specific responsibilities in the Government Sector include:
management for the purpose of achieving mutual benefits, i.e. maximizing our customers' long term business while
