The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the customer relationship and for being the primary commercial liaison between Facil and the customer. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will focus on delivering excellent customer service, project management, and account management. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager, North America and works closely with the operations and purchasing divisions.
