This role focuses on analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining the Kahua enterprise EPC workflow system. The specialist coordinates project tasks, works with stakeholders to align software solutions with organizational goals, and leads project status meetings while ensuring milestones are achieved. The position requires proficiency in programming languages and enterprise application development, along with maintaining documentation and staying current with industry trends. The specialist also functions as a customer business analyst and project manager, serving as the primary driver of client relationships.
- Key Requirements:
- Maintain planning, monitoring, and reporting processes for project coordination and completion
- Develop and code enterprise-level software applications with relevant programming languages and frameworks
- Lead project status meetings and coordinate software/hardware installation, deployment, and upgrades
- Document requirements, obtain customer approvals, and maintain compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards
- Analyze complex processes, identify improvements, and recommend cost-effective solutions
Candidates should possess an accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in an applicable field with
five yearsof work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience totaling
nine yearsif non-degreed.
Preferred qualifications include experience developing and deploying complex workflows for large projects, effective communication skills with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors, job-related technical knowledge, ability to learn and apply local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines, and strong attention to detail with time-conscious work habits.
The candidate will be primarily working in an indoor office environment, either onsite or remotely. Various levels of environmental conditions including project worksites and client facilities which may have temporary office space, moving mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
