Junior Project Manager (Heavy Manufacturing – Tanks, Vessels & Skid Systems)
PermianLide is a leading manufacturer of API tanks, ASME pressure vessels, and engineered skid systems. While we have deep roots in oil & gas, we are actively expanding into diversified industrial markets, including data centers, energy transition, and other infrastructure sectors.
We combine technical expertise with execution discipline to deliver complex, high-quality fabrication projects.
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our growing project portfolio across both traditional energy and emerging markets. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a full Project Manager.
You will support the PM team by managing smaller projects or defined scopes within larger jobs—working closely with engineering, operations, and clients to ensure successful execution.
- Support execution of fabrication projects including tanks, pressure vessels, and skid packages
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist with client communication across multiple industries
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and project risks
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Help drive accountability and on-time delivery across teams
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Experience in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial projects preferred
- Exposure to oil & gas, data centers, energy transition, or infrastructure projects is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (PLEX, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- High ownership mindset
