This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to build a career in construction project management. The Junior Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with daily operations, project tracking, documentation, and subcontractor/vendor coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with company standards.
- Assist Project Managers with scheduling, project tracking, and reporting.
- Support subcontractor and vendor coordination, including purchase orders, RFIs, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate records of project documents, drawings, and progress updates.
- Prepare project-related reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred, not required for junior-level).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in construction, project coordination, or engineering support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and basic project management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
