Junior Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project management principles and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution under the guidance of senior project managers

- Conduct process mapping and business process modeling to identify areas for improvement

- Support in requirements gathering and scope management activities

- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status

- Assist in risk management activities to mitigate project risks

- Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication among project team members

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills for effective meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

- Understanding of process management principles to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
