- Must be able to keep required paperwork, invoices, inspection sheets filled out, organized and turned in to the appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities

- On-time for pickup and location

- Ready to work (PPE and additional clothing for weather, water, food)

- Team player (willing and effective at receiving guidance and feedback)

- Properly and consistently complete and update a JSA as the situation changes

- Identify and serve key company men

- Keep work area clean and organized.

- Support the shop and field teams in the preparation and maintenance of equipment.

- Assist in rig-in, start-up and rigging down equipment at job sites.

- Load, unload, and transport rigging equipment and tools to and from job sites.

- Transport tools, equipment and materials to and from the job site when needed.

- Organize equipment/ moving trailers around the yard.

- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.

- Support in maintaining work environment safety and enforce process.

- Make sure the job is done right according to our standards and safety regulations.

- Reporting accurate, hourly data (or required customer frequency)

- Communicate and annotate detailed shift changes

- Report timely data to Supervisors & Management (near misses / good catches, daily field status reporting, etc.)

- Report daily hours

- Keeps location organized and clean of debris, trash, and obstructions

Physical

- Work 12+ hrs per day, multiple days consecutively.

- Withstand extreme weather conditions throughout all seasons.

- Lift/carry object weighing 50+lbs. - Co-lift/carry objects weighing 100+ lbs.

- Withstand long periods of repetitive motion.

- Standing/Walking

- Swinging 10+lb hammers
