Job Description FLINT is seeking a Journeyperson Lead Hand with construction experience for a temporary job in Wood Buffalo, AB, starting January 12, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a continuous schedule, 10-hour workdays, camp accommodations, travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3years’ experiencein construction Industry. Lead hand experience is required.

- Valid Journeyperson Electrician or Instrumentationcertificate/ticket.

- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

- CSTS-2020

- H2S Alive

- Aerial Work Platform

- Fall Protection

- Standard First Aid

- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
