Turn 2 Solar is looking for an electrician with an Oregon Journeyman Electrical License in the Umatilla/Pendleton area. We are based in Keizer Oregon and are looking for a self motivated, respondsible person who can accommodate our outlying jobs in the area. On the job training for those who do not have a solar background
Complete electrical work for residential and commercial solar installations.
Keep us compliant with all state and city code requirements.
Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment.
Being able to do the groundwork on a solar installation which includes the connection to the MSP.
Work well with others, competently delegate work amongst crew and resolve potential crew issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability.
Being able to fill out the proper paperwork for each job completed.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician (proof of license must be furnished post hire).
Must have a minimum of HS diploma or GED.
More than 1 year of construction experience required.
Electrical and roofing experience preferred as well as experience bending EMT conduit.
Experience complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulations.
Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions and
Ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Professional in appearance; with excellent customer service skills.
Oregon Licensed Residential or Journeyman Electrician or someone with reciprocity
Implement project installation according to plan, ensuring the highest levels of quality, accuracy and speed.
Discuss conduit runs with customers to make sure they are pleased.
Knowledge of residential electrical, building, and roofing systems
Professional workmanship with both homeowners and co-workers, we treat each other with respect.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be comfortable on a ladder

Solicit approval and procure additional materials when necessary.
Inspect and verify the installation team’s work for accuracy and completeness.
