Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Omaha, NE. The selected candidate will perform daily responsibilities such as contributing to operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing assigned tasks to optimize efficiency. The role requires a proactive approach in addressing challenges and driving innovation to support organizational objectives.

- Technical or subject-area skills: Expertise in process operations, technical problem-solving, and equipment maintenance.

- Safety and compliance: Strong understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in industrial or nuclear environments.

- Communication and teamwork: Effective teamwork, collaboration, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Innovation and adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, solve complex issues, and continuously seek improvements.

- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

- Additional experience: Prior experience in the energy, healthcare, or nuclear industry is an asset.
