As an ITM System Leader – Focus Factory in Bland, VA, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to transform manufacturing operations through lean innovation and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to improve factory performance

- Coach teams on ITM tools like 5S, Visual Management, TPM, and Standard Work

- Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and optimize processes

- Advance ITM system maturity through assessments and deployment phases

- Drive cost-out initiatives and mentor others in project execution

- Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Communicate across all levels to influence and implement change

- Translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver results

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement

- Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred

- Proven track record of delivering measurable results

- Experience leading change and influencing without direct authority

- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
