We are looking for a Manager of IT & Business Systems to join our Southern Home Services IT Team. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s information technology infrastructure and daily operations including hardware, software, and security. The Manager of IT & Business Systems will serve as a key liaison with our IT vendors ensuring the organization’s business systems and network are optimized and secure.

- IT Systems Management: Monitor, maintain, develop, and support all IT systems to ensure high reliability and availability.
- Hardware Oversight: Works with Networking partners to ensure that all hardware systems (servers, networks, security systems, IoT devices, etc.) are functioning optimally and are integrated with software solutions.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain beneficial vendor relationships and service agreements, ensuring all licenses are current and maintaining an inventory of licenses.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Establish & document IT policies, procedures, and develop technical documentation to support daily operations and growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide high-level troubleshooting and support for system issues, including after-hours on-call support when necessary.
- Work closely with leadership to build scalable IT systems and processes that support the company’s growth trajectory, including the acquisition of a new center.
- Ensure all IT systems can support company expansion, from network management to employee onboarding.
- Data Integrity & Disaster Recovery: Maintain data integrity, performance monitoring, backup systems, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Responsible for the secure operations and maintenance of servers and infrastructure supporting the Institute’s domain, staff and endpoints. Includes Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, database servers, web servers, file & print shares, and monitoring.
- Set up, configure, and maintain employee computers, software, and hardware.
- Manage network infrastructure, Wi-Fi systems, and server operations.
- Manage employee access to various software platforms and systems. Ensure proper security protocols are followed to protect company data and systems.
- Implement and maintain identity management solutions, including user onboarding and offboarding.
- IT Security Management: Oversee IT security, including cybersecurity, Active Directory, physical security of infrastructure, and management of third-party software tools such as firewalls, antivirus, and email threat protection.
- End-User Support: Support end-user computer systems and mobile devices, including hardware/software installation, upgrades, and network connectivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or Information Technology with leadership experience.
- Or qualified by experience in similar role as Manager or team Leader +3 years- Strong understanding of ITIL theories, principles, and best practices.
- Expertise with Microsoft products and Windows operating system support.
- Proficiency in Azure/365 Administration.
- Ability to motivate, delegate tasks, and manage change effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work with a strong attention to detail.
