IT Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

•

Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support;

•

Provide assistance with the configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software;

•

Support internal IT initiatives and special projects assigned by the IT Manager;

•

Train and support users at varying technical levels;

•

Draft, edit, and maintain user training materials and documentation;

•

Analyze common technical issues and offer recommendations for continuous improvement;

•

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective IT operations;

•

Perform administrative functions and other duties as needed;

•

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit

•

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience;

•

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required, with two (2) to five (5) years of experience strongly preferred;

•

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure;

•

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;

•

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical team members and users;

•

Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

•

Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;

•

Occasional overtime may be required to support business priorities and deadlines;

•

On-call availability required in order to provide after-hours support as needed;

•

Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs – typically less than 10%.
