What You’ll Do

As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll act as the internal subject matter expert on product behavior, rules, and functionality across our SaaS platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to improve product understanding, resolve technical questions, and strengthen documentation.

Work Details

Location: Hybrid remote, with occasional office or field presence. Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Environment: Home office with collaborative project engagement.
