Reliable Equipment in Warminster is looking to hire a full-time IT Support and Help Desk Coordinator. This position will report to the IT Manager.
Job Overview
This position is responsible for assisting the IT Manager with responding to help desk tickets, training users on best practices, and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Provide onsite and remote support for Windows PCs and peripherals, iPads, printers, and VoIP phones.
- Provide technical support and training for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Perform password resets, user creation, and maintenance in Active Directory.
- Assist with training and implementing best practices for users.
- Manage inventory and installation of consumable items such as toner and drum cartridges.
- Image and configure laptops and PCs for new users.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or relevant experience.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server 2019, Microsoft 365 Applications.
- 2+ years' experience in the IT field.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong Customer Service Skills- CompTIA: A+, Network+, Security+
- MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals
