We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Specialist to support our organization’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for providing end-user support, managing Active Directory, and maintaining network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, user assistance, directory services, and network troubleshooting.
· Deliver technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
· Manage Active Directory, including user account provisioning, group policy administration, and access control.
· Provide network support, including basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
· Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring proper setup and access for employees.
· Monitor and maintain network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
· Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
· Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
· Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and security enhancements.
· Proven experience in IT Support, User Support, and Active Directory Management.
· Hands-on experience with network support and troubleshooting.
· Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking protocols.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Experience with network monitoring tools and remote support platforms.
· Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory systems.
· 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
· Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications will be an asset.
