The IT Specialist
will be our go-to onsite resource for keeping technology running smoothly across the entire plant. This role
supports about 150 users, both in the office and on the shop floor, and works with
everything from laptops and networksto manufacturing systems like
Epicor ERPand
Wonderware HMI. The ideal candidate is a
self-starterwho, once oriented to our systems and company, requires
minimal daily direction, thrives in a
fast-paced environment, and
takes ownership of problemsuntil they are solved.
- Provide hands-on IT support
to office and production users, ensuring minimal downtime and quick problem resolution.
- Administer and support
Epicor ERP
and other critical business systems (user setup, troubleshooting, vendor coordination).
- Manage
Office 365
environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Monitor and maintain
Extreme Networks wireless infrastructure
for reliable plant connectivity.
- Configure and support
Avaya IP Office
phone system (extensions, voicemail, call routing).
- Monitor and maintain
Wonderware HMI
used in production and collaborate with engineering teams as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair
desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Document
IT procedures, maintain asset inventory, and assist with IT budgeting and procurement.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness
and help keep systems secure.
