About This Role

The IT Support Specialist will assist the IT Manager in managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring timely setup and recovery of company-issued devices such as emails, phones, tablets, and laptops. This role also provides first-level technical support and helps maintain accurate records of IT assets.

What You'll Do

- Set up and configure email accounts, mobile devices, and other IT equipment for new hires.

- Support offboarding by disabling accounts, retrieving devices, and ensuring secure data handling.

- Provide technical assistance for company-issued devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and user assignment records.

- Coordinate with vendors for device repairs, replacements, or upgrades.

- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the IT Manager or appropriate support teams.

- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and data security standards.

What You'll Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.

- Working knowledge of email systems (e.g., Microsoft Outlook/Exchange), mobile device management (MDM), and basic networking.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
