Systems & Support Engineer

Job Description Customer Technical Service

- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.

- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting support, escalating as needed.

- Document, track, and resolve customer cases, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Product) to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.

- Contribute to the creation of support resources (FAQs, knowledge base articles, process guides).

Internal Systems & Process Improvement

- Support the team in optimizing internal workflows, tools, and knowledge-sharing systems.

- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.

- Assist in testing and deploying new internal tools, software, or automation solutions.

- Partner with colleagues to document best practices and maintain process guidelines.

KPI/Dashboard & Portfolio Data Management

- Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of performance data across the customer portfolio.

- Update dashboards and reporting tools used to track KPIs.

- Provide insights and reporting support for management reviews and decision-making.
