How You’ll Make an Impact

The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and precise inventory control and reporting. The ICC will be the subject matter expert for inventory related matters and will serve as a backup for other functions.

Responsibilities Include

- Process transactions and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.

- Point of contact for Customer Service Representatives on any issues/concerns with customer deliveries, changes, requests, or customer/sales pickups.

- Provide as a backup for other functions as required by facility manager/supervisor

- Process all customers orders to meet customer requested shipping dates.

- Working in TMS to schedule pick-ups

- Signing in outbound trucks and billing them out.

- Knowledge of the handling and transport of dangerous goods

- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You’ll Need

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Good verbal and written skills, must be proficient with a computer with direct knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.

- Ability to lift ocassionaly 40lbs.

What Will Set You Apart

- College Degree

- 1 year adminstrative experience in a manufacturing, customer service and/or warehouse environment.

- Knowledge in SAP.
