About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee bulk and packaged oil inventory operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination across warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day inventory control for both bulk and packaged oil products.

- Manage cycle counts, bin locations, and FIFO (First In, First Out) processes.

- Conduct weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations.

- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accurate documentation.

- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.

- Coordinate with operations and accounting teams to maintain accurate reporting.

- Support process improvement initiatives across multiple warehouse sites.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of inventory control experience (oil, lubricants, or related industry preferred).

- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures.

- Proven ability to manage cycle counts, reconciliation, and FIFO accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Industry knowledge of lubricants, fuel distribution, or warehouse operations required.
